WhyYes is a desktop Chrome extension; it does not install on a mobile browser.

Include the basics

Please describe what happened, the extension version, and your browser version. Do not send passwords, account credentials, payment details, or personal auction information.

Before you write

Tell us what you expected, what happened, and the auction state when it happened. A screenshot is useful; please leave out personal auction information.

One thing we won’t do

WhyYes never places bids, makes purchases, or operates auction controls. The auction extension never accesses auction login credentials.

When you connect eBay, WhyYes receives authorization tokens from eBay and stores them encrypted on our servers. Your eBay password is not shared with WhyYes. Pausing or disconnecting stops future listing activity; it does not cancel listings already on eBay.
